We recently stayed at the charming cottage just off the M6 and had a delightful experience. the convenience of the location cannot be overstated, making it easy to explore nearby attractions such as Windermere and Keswick. the spacious rooms and comfortable beds provided a relaxing retreat after a long day of sightseeing. the balcony room offered stunning views that we wished we could have enjoyed during the daylight hours. The host's thoughtful gesture of providing a breakfast basket was a lovely touch, ensuring we started our days off right. the cottage itself was well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, from a fully stocked kitchen to a cozy living room. While there were limited dining options in the village of Tebay, the nearby truck stop offered a delicious breakfast that satisfied our hunger. Overall, the value for money at this cottage was exceptional, providing a comfortable and convenient base for exploring the Lakes District. We would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a peaceful and cozy retreat in the beautiful countryside.
